Full Locust



Special notes on Full Locust:


Follow the instruction properly with Full Locust and lift your arms first, followed by body, head and finally the legs


Make sure to lead the posture with your arms and pull the arms back only when your arms are at maximum height to allow maximum shoulder rotation


Legs together, toes and heels touch and just gently off the floor, comparing to Locust, you only lift a little in Full Locust, the focus is much more on lifting the upper body


Keep the legs locked, completely touched and pointed toward the back of the room to keep them 100% engaged


Where your eyes go, your body follows! Look as high as you can!
